Hi there! I am Tiffany, the Outmatched Mama. I am a Jesus follower, wife to a wonderful husband, and homeschooling mama to my 3 kiddoes. I am married to a tall, handsome, starving-neck-cracker (a.k.a. chiropractic student 😉 ) and we have a ninja warrior (who is witty and bring-you-to-your knees hilarious!), a fairy tale princess (she is beautiful and fierce…seriously, the girl once trampled a snake!), and a wee fuzzy wuzzy bear (who is both cuddly and ferocious!). I am outnumbered!
I am a licensed drug dealer (a.k.a. pharmacist 😉 ) who traded a Pharm.D. for full force motherhood in the trenches. I am an eclectic homeschooler, which seems to get the best of everything to meet my crew’s needs. We love snuggling and reading lots of books!
I am ridiculously passionate about all things pregnancy and birth. Seriously, I’m the girl who wants to know all the gritty details and reads birth stories for fun! I love to find a really good bargain. I believe things are better when they are homemade, and I probably wouldn’t survive without coffee!
It seems like there are so many things in life that can build up to defeat us in the roles God has given us. Laundry mountain. The never ending dishes. The decisions. The up all nights. The “Mommy, mommy, MOMMY’s!”. The “Am I doing this rights?”. If your stock pile of unmatched socks can defeat you, or your infinite to-do list keeps you up at night, you may too be an outmatched mama. Thankfully, we don’t have to do this on our own!
Jesus has promised to never leave us or forsake us. When we rely on His strength, wait on His timing, and seek Him first we can move mountains (laundry mountain included!). My heart longs to encourage you in your walk with Him, and to equip you for the battles ahead that will completely outmatch you. We may be outmatched, but we are not alone! Check out the rest of my story here.
