- Beginner: Ages 18 months and up. Start with careful carrying, spreading and pouring. Move on to measuring, mixing and more! Beginners can make the seasoning blend recipes in the KCRF recipe book all by themselves and be helpers on many others.
- Intermediate: Ages 4 or 5 and up, depending on maturity and experience. Once kids know the basics, they can be introduced to sharp knife skills, stovetop safety and making recipes independently. This age can make about 2/3 of the recipes in the KCRF recipe book on their own after proper training (like our course).
- Advanced: When the Intermediate skills are mastered, we move on to chef’s knives, the oven and more complicated techniques. Not only can our Advanced graduates make all the recipes in the KCRF recipe book…they can make dinner!
